I appreciate it Ron,,,, everytime I think about it tho... I just laugh... all of this from picking up a 2 lb phone book! If even that heavy!!!! I mean for goodness sake I have 4 kids I used to tote around and never a thought... then reached down to pick up a phone book and walla!
