I believe you are right. I forgot about that, a friend of mine used to go there and I remember her telling me that he was stepping down. They UPCI still have him as pastor though.

The church doesn't have a new pastor yet. I'm not sure what is going on with that. Brother Bush preached at my grandparents church last night. They are barely able to move so they don't go to church much anymore but they had to go hear him preach. He is a loved man.

Correct: The Jesup church just got a pastor.

WOW - I must be totally out of the loop! Bro. Bush was Home Mission Director in GA when I moved here to plant a new church in Marietta in 1994. Why is not pastoring in Jessup? I figured he would be there all his days! It must be a recent change.

He is still in Jesup. He hasn't been the Home Missions Director for several years. He preaches out several times month.

Thanks - I really liked him - he was a help to me when we moved to ATL in '94. Who is the new pastor?

According to my Evangelist friend from Monroe, La, his friend has the best catfish in La. He supplies many places with catfish and is known for the excellent quality control of his fish ponds.

We ate catfish for the first time while in La. and I have to say I really enjoyed it. Of course I really like white fish. We don't have catfish here in the Vancouver area, as far as I know. Maybe I should start up a Catfish Restaurant.

Georgia, Georgia, the whole day through
Just an old sweet song keeps Georgia on my mind

Georgia, Georgia, a song of you
Comes as sweet and clean
As moonlight through the pines

Other arms reach to to me
Other eyes smile tenderly

Still in peaceful dreams I see
The roads leads back to you

Georgia, Georgia, no peace I find
Just an old sweet song
Keeps Georgia on my mind
Finally, someone mentioned this song! One great thing for sure and the other? PEACHES!!!!!
Oh yeah, I gots 1 mo...its a great pee stop on the long drive from Canada to Orlando! Heehee

I don't know. I think it is someone from that church or area.
