Your thread does not fairly characterize liberals like myself. I don't take the Bible as "suggestions" and you know it. What I don't take is wild leaps in logic from scripture and misapplication of scriptures to enforce a false corporate legalism. That is a far cry from just taking the bible as "suggestions.

The Bible is quite clear on God's moral law. It is just a shame that Old Time Oneness Pentecostals think a shirt sleeve above an elbow has something to do with God's moral law, etc, etc, etc.

At least be fair with your characterizations.

LOL!!!! You are right that I still love ya. I am sorry if I was snappy in my response to your thread. The week back after vacation is always a trying one although I have to admit this one was not as bad as I had thought it would be. It turned out the timing of my vacation was pefect as far as work is concerned.

It was not easy returning from 75-80 degree weather in paradise to lows in the low 20's at night this week and actually a little snow yesterday.

that's the bottom line and that is my firm opinion on the matter.

I think it's better for them to leave and form cliques "over there" than to be constantly stirring up trouble over here.

In fact, I am sooo conservative that I don't even believe that I even I am holy enough to make it to heaven. I am going to leave AFF now to find a forum that IS indeed holier.

Please pray for me that I will never stop searching for the perfect forum or stop reaching for the unreachable bar. After all, I like to be self-oppressed, I am easier to control and above all it makes me feel spiritual!!!!

Yes,but not at you personally.I know several people who are members there and that's fine.I'm not upset at them.
I joined Dan's forum as did many including owners and even a few conservatives.
