Me too and it's scary and not fun at all.

It is over in just a few seconds, but the damage is devastating. I used to get a knot in my stomach every time I heard a chainsaw, because after the storm, that is all we heard for days.

I know that sound.....and feeling.

The one that hit our home also destroyed my high school. It was the end of my junior year and I when we went to see the devastation I never though our city would ever be the same again. The damage was so massive.

I tried to drive by Lighthouse this morning to see if I could get a picture, but policemen were everywhere at that intersection, and there was no stopping allowed. It looks really bad though.

I'm glad you are safe... We were under Tornado warnings and they said it had been through Jackson TN earlier... same storm.. and I began to pray for you.

That is terrible about this church, it looked like a beautiful building.

Union is a four year, liberal arts, Baptist university in Jackson. It was massive damage. Very sad.
