part of the 2 splits ? are you talking about the District splitting into a south/north Distrcit which is coming up for vote in May Or the other issues that have arisen namely the 2 campmeetings ???

I think the ultra cons will go forward with their seperate camp regardless of whether the District splits or not. so, eventually we will have 2 District camps plus an ultra camp and perhaps some other independant splinter camps as well

It is hard to keep up with all the stuff - multiple camps and Youth Conventions, UC walking out if TV advertising is allowed, new districts ect.

I am just wondering where the CA posters on this site fit in... are they all moderates? And what does that mean in CA?

there's little to nothing in Nevada. Vegas would be best to go with california southern which is only 3 hours

and Reno should go with northern- only 2 hours from sacramento

Nevada is stayin with Southern Cali, in the Southern Cali District. I hope they arnt creating a central district. I will not go to any of the events. Its ridiculous, the central district is basically gna be like my section that i grew up with. I can hang with them anytime cuz they live close by, there is no point. The north and south split was bad enough. And pastors SHOULD NOT be allowed to not let their kids to go to any of the other events, thats just ridiculous. This sounds like high school all over again, getting into cliques. I dont mean any disrespect to any pastor, but why put ur youth thru this?

Actually...Las Vegas and south will be part of the Southern California District only.

There is no talk about a Central California District. There was some talk about doing a Northern California District...however, that man has now gone to another organization.

Interesting...why should Pastors NOT ALLOW their young people to go to other UPC events in another district? Cliques?

Well, Pastors should not let their kids miss out on something that could be life changing just because they are in a different district. We all believe in the same thing!!!!! Cliques as in we are in different groups of all the same beliefe. As in the whole WPC, its ridiculous
