And I'm wondering if you know all the facts enough to be commenting on this.

It has been a long time but it lasted for season and he threatened a lawsuit if I remember correctly.

Gordon Mallory is not one given to SELF promotion...at least not of what I know of him and his spirit.

In his letter, I sense a genuine concern that is aptly noted for its content and spirit in which it is given.

I hold a deep distain behind the spirit of the Tulsa GANG who would rather amputate the body of Christ for some petty political advantage rather than to sacrifice anything at all for the sake of healing and unity.

If they persist in this ungodliness, I can but assume that it is the Assembly of the Pharisees who would rather crucify Christ than to allow him to become King of the Righteous. I've seen it before. Usually it starts out with a exalted attitude of being just a little more holy than the rest of the unclean rift-raft. It is destined to either totally stagnate or die completely after bursting up with dissention.

I can't think of anything anymore disgusting to be around stoned faced, holier-than-thou preachers who carry on such a facade of holiness only to be so disappointed when you go hunting with them and hear them tell their dirty jokes sometimes even laughing at and mocking all that is good and holy.

If they asked him to be something I believe he would change instantly.

Its funny that some are writting as if the UPCI IS THE BODY OF CHRIST.

Maybe I should write a letter to Kenneth Haney the UPCI????

like i said i was submitting for consideration. I believe that all of these men are somewhat accessible either by phone, email or personal letter.
I would respond more to a personal appeal from a friend than knowing that an appeal or a criticism to me was
hung out like public laundry.

i am not saying GM is a self promoter but the the methods are suspect.

It the general consensus among my circle of friends across the US that this is not about TV
but is in fact a power struggle.

One of my friends ask one of the main board members of the Tulsa group how will they preach against TV without bashing the UPC. His reply was that we will just be preaching against sin.
My Friend then asked him? Do you believe that the upc pastors are living in sin?
Well No was the answer

I get a little feeling that Epley doesn't care to much for GM... But then again he hasn't been too keen on anyone who has questioned the motives of Tulsa..

Of course they are all accessible by phone and email. JLK was accessible by phone and email also, but PP wrote a letter addressed to him and mailed it to the entire Executive Board. LB wrote a letter to JLK and mailed it to all 9,000 plus ministers. I think all this letter writing started with PP a few years ago.

IMO, GM needs to retire his pen as he has written enough to last a life time. But alas, more letters will come. We will all need reading glasses before it's over.

You notice the letters coming out now have P.S. saying you have permission to share or some such wording.
