Yes you must. The only one who really "hears" what he is saying is the one conducting the interview. If you are watching it then there is no way you really understand what he is saying.

Nope, but Elder Epley didn't reference what Joel said in his interviews.

I am just curious as to how the Elder knows that, because I believe it to be a false statement.
