You may have a little point there. Some men have never had the pure love of a father so all the love they know is sensual.

That is exactly what part of the problem is.

Some of this stuff is basically just a modern version of some of the old spirits that drove idol worship in Bible days, mixing sensuality with spirituality.

Cons have often been obsessed w/ sexual perversion in the Church... ranging from the color of the shirt a male is wearing ... to the slit on the sister's skirt.
