Do you not believe that the Abomination of Desolation is still future?
Tell me, Is this verse future or past:
Are you saying that all of this is still future or is it past, or where in here does the past give way to what is future? See because, you have already stated that some of Matthew is past and some of it is future. You state that the AOD is yet future, so it begs the question what is past?
( Mat 24:4) And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.
Past or future?
( Mat 24:5) For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
( Mat 24:6) And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
( Mat 24:7) For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
( Mat 24:8) All these are the beginning of sorrows.
Past or future?
( Mat 24:9) Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake.
( Mat 24:10) And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another.
( Mat 24:11) And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.
( Mat 24:12) And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.
Past or future?
( Mat 24:13) But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.
( Mat 24:14) And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.
Past of future? I mean you are running out of options due to the fact that verse 15 would be next.
So since I obviously have incorrectly stated that you believe the gap is in verse 14 and 15, please enlighten me?
Where is the gap, or are you going to state again that you do not know...
You must know enough to know it is not past??? But you do not know where it becomes future?

I DO NOT BELIEVE the abomination of desolation happened in 70AD.
MY REASONING for A GAP is that if the abomination of desolation DID NOT happen in the first century-then it must remain future, and there is yet.

Ladies and Gentlemen, and boys and girls of all ages, here we have Brother "Artful Dodger" Jason, doing his hear no eschatology, see no eschatology, and speak no eschatology, slight of hand trick of nailing jello to the wall.
I must say this individual is drowning in his own words, and at this point has discredited himself with the greatest of ease. All we have to do know is wait for him to climb out of the Mini Cooper with 50 other midget clowns of Eschatology, and humbug.
Please ladies and gentlemen, I would have you direct your eyes to the center ring, as Brother "slick, scooby doo" Jason, jumps his Radio Flyer red wagon across a pool of simple questions.
To land into the waiting arms of yet another post begging him to explain those questions with chapter and verse, instead of fable, philosophy, and prose.
Yet, I must digress, but for a moment, dear ladies and gentlemen, our Brother "novacaine" Jason has been giving us a bit of the run around.
If I can take you all back to when I first started asking him about how well he believes what he believes. I offered him Matthew 24, Mark 13, and Luke 21.
Through all our chasing of this dear lad, he threw us Matthew 24:15, saying that it was yet in our future? Well, good people of forum land, that could only mean that our dear boy has placed his gap between 14 and 15?
If that is NOT what it means, maybe we can get Brother "It's like pulling teeth" Jason to CLARIFY HIMSELF AND USE A BIBLE TO DO IT.
Brother Jason, how does your gap in Matthew 24:15 correlate with your gaps in Mark 13, and Luke 21. Also explain how the rebuilt temple in future Jerusalem will be THE HOLY PLACE, as Jesus said it was in Matthew 24:15.
Still waiting for an explanation. One that is using the Bible and its scriptures.

Tolerate me? I'm a classic? You my man are way funnier than I could ever be.
Don't you doubt that.

Okay, let's try this again, please read carefully:

How about explaining some things from the book of Revelation, like the Eurphrates rived drying up and a 200 million man army, a false prophet calling fire down from heaven, and a mark of the beast. And how Satan is bound, and we are all living gloriously in the millenial reign of Jesus Christ right now, or why the Bible tells us there will be no war on this earth-when in fact that has never been, and doesn't look to ever be the case? There are plenty more explanations needed if you guys are going to want legitimacy.

We have rehashed Matthew 24 for several pages on at least 4 threads. I get your point, you disagree with mine. Do you have any other reason for believing Jesus came back, or is it based only on the 3 most important chapters in the Bible, matt24,Mark13,Luke21?

Brother Jason, here we go again.
You see Brother, you can't explain what you believe. Remember, I'm wrong, you're right. I'm the one who you say is in false doctrine, remember?
So, stop with the games, get to explaining, Mr Correct Eschatology.
Why will the future rebuilt temple be THE HOLY PLACE?
How does Matthew 24:15 correlate with YOUR gaps in Mark 13, Luke 21?
You're the one who is in the TRUTH.
Explain or apologize.

If there is a Jewish temple built in the future, it will assuredly be comprised of a holy place and holy of holies, as the first two temples. It is not complicated.

In your dreams, you haven't done anything but make statements that you can't back up with Bible. How is a future rebuilt temple going to be the HOLY PLACE like Jesus stated in Matthew 24:15?

That's the problem, you aren't getting the point. The point is that you must use a Bible to explain how the future rebuilt temple will be THE HOLY PLACE, as stated by Jesus Christ to his four apostles, Peter, James, John, and Andrew.

First two temples were built and rebuilt by those commanded by God to build and rebuild them.
1Ki 8:9-13
"There was nothing in the ark save the two tables of stone, which Moses put there at Horeb, when the LORD made a covenant with the children of Israel, when they came out of the land of Egypt. And it came to pass, when the priests were come out of the holy place, that the cloud filled the house of the LORD, So that the priests could not stand to minister because of the cloud: for the glory of the LORD had filled the house of the LORD. Then spake Solomon, The LORD said that he would dwell in the thick darkness. I have surely built thee an house to dwell in, a settled place for thee to abide in for ever."
Brother Jason, this is what makes a HOLY PLACE. It has to have the Glory of the Lord dwelling in it.
So I ask you again, can you PROVE how YOUR rebuilt temple will be THE HOLY PLACE as stated by Jesus Christ to His apostles in Matthew 24:15, and how does your gap correlate with Mark 13, and Luke 21?
