He stopped responding to emails long ago. I may still have it stored somewhere. I will see if I can find it and PM it to you.

I had an email address. He had replied (this was a few yrs ago), but stated that it is an email address that he never uses anymore.

Can only go my experience but most saints/preachers would not turn that backs on someone wanting to change.
