He was banned and used another members password to get the info or the member gave it to him either way both were unethical. It is a closed forum not open like here.

Well, I didn't think of that scenario. I apologize. I guess we'll see.

I still see dishonesty if this is the case, though. The member being dishonest in breaking the rules of the forum and NYLP being dishonest in either obtaining them or using them.

I would think that makes the difference.

Public is just that..... public for all to see, so copying from a public forum would be allowed.

Private is just that...private.
