I like your Christ, I do not like your Christians. Your Christians are so unlike your Christ.

Question: did somebody really call the good pastor or is that an urban legend?
Seems like a good reason to be anonymous to me.

God bless you. You must be one of those Apostolics who aren't Christian.

Praying you find Jesus and become a follower.

Blessings, Rhoni

I thought when you left the yokels behind that it meant freedom from judgmentalism. That's got to be one of the most judgmental posts I have ever seen.
Where are all the libs to defend me from the tyranny of the judgmental, authoritarian con....ooops, sorry wrong line......
I rarely visit AFF these days, now I'm remembering why -I just keep getting picked on - o woe is me. Everyone is picking on me.

Mohandas Gandhi
..

I have wondered what Jesus would say in person to Gandhi. I am sure He would use him in some sort of "Good Samaritan" parable.

Using the UC scriptures to condone judgementalism...what is the scripture about judging all things but not being judged by them? LOL. Your unChristlike behaviors are obvious...just calling it like I see it. You love flipping from JP to hiding on AFF to swing a stick at the resident questioning authoritarian, legalistic, serve me god-men, woman who is fed up with it all. You know, I think that is why people are searching for God in other denominations because I can see what Ghandi meant as well as a once Apostolic friend who once said, "Pentecostals are so self-righteous that they think their own.....don't stink". I have lived through lying District Superintendents, controlling hate-filled church boards, easily intimidated Pastors, Authoritarian manipulative & controlling leadership, Pastors & elders who like to keep their membership poor and uneducated so they will blindly follow men who have god-complexes.

You my friend display arrogant, judgemental, self-righteous attitudes that stink of the cultish behaviors of those I oppose most vehementally.

Good day,
Rhoni

Unfortunately it really happened and although my Pastor and I got through it - it caused him much anguish and he felt someone would try to pull his license because of the tone of the phone call; you know, threatening, intimidating and judgemental [the Jezebel syndrome/spirit at it's zenith]. I had nothing to lose but he and his wife did.

As far as "Urban Legend", that is what the guilty party would like for you to think.

Obviously, you don't have a clue as to what a "mensch" is! At least we know you're not Jewish!
