Do they have smoked boudin or just steamed boudin up there?

It's one of the options. I am afraid they don't have Slap Ya Mama or the seasoning my cousins make on the table, though. Maybe they should have named it something else.

I can't have it on my table either, though I would love to support my cousin's business. Slap Ya Mama makes me laugh, though such a concept cannot be in heaven because it goes against the commandment to honor you mama and daddy.
