LOL!! God has never stepped off His throne. This is ridiculous!!

For the record: I was born and bred Oneness Pentecostal/Apostolic, and still believe the same.

Stating one's beliefs is not the issue. I started my days on forums with the user name An Apologist, and I am a believer in standing for what I believe.

However, the attack, as I see it, is aimed at those with a different view than you or me.

I do not detect loving kindness spewing forth, rather anger and contempt.

It saddens me...

Now that is a great statement. We should all be happy for our church and not bash either way for the assembly that God has called us to be placed within...

And you are being loving, kind, and sticking up for everyone's beliefs by saying my statement is ridiculous? Hmmm.....something to think about
Who is Jesus and where was he?

Again LOL!! I am not sticking up for everyone's beliefs, and in saying your post was a ridiculous notion, I didn't feel that was unkind or unloving...just an opinion, not at all like the remarks I have read from folks in the last few days.

Who is Jesus?!

The image of the invisible, One and true God.

Where was Jesus?!

Walking the earth...

Re: What I have learned from AFF

Jesus was God Himself, wrapped in flesh. That does not mean God left HIs throne however.

If you take a glass of water form the ocean...is the ocean no longer full of water?

While Jesus was Fully God, He was also still on His throne in heaven. God is spirit. The nature of God, the spirit that He is, is that he could both be sitting on the throne of heaven and yet also walking Earth as a man at once. After all...the spirit that is God fills all time and space. We exist in Him and by HIm.
