Judges 4:3-5 (King James Version)
King James Version (KJV)
Public Domain
3And the children of Israel cried unto the LORD: for he had nine hundred chariots of iron; and twenty years he mightily oppressed the children of Israel.
4And Deborah, a prophetess, the wife of Lapidoth, she judged Israel at that time.
5And she dwelt under the palm tree of Deborah between Ramah and Bethel in mount Ephraim: and the children of Israel came up to her for judgment.
any of you care to be judged by a woman? . . just curious

I'm not having any luck finding anything this man has written. I did find some interesting things written about him however.

God did it for us. Out of sheer generosity he put us in right standing with himself. A pure gift. He got us out of the mess we're in and restored us to where he always wanted us to be. And he did it by means of Jesus Christ. ~Romans 3:24 from The Message

Israel was BACKSLID and having female rule was a rebuke to the men. Deborah had to call for a MAN to lead the armies of Israel and because he was a foolish enough to ask Deborah to go WITH him he would not gain the victory but it would be put in the hands of a girl with a tent stake.
Read the chapter well.
