Dan you believe that baptism in Jesus name is not a Biblical absolute doctrine,that must be adhered to?

Please don't ever use a translation in any .... of your sermons ... since you discount any other alternate translations provide in discussions here.

It really seems obvious to me. Repent, that your sins may be washed away. Without repentance the waters of baptism serve no purpose.
