I have first hand knowledge that the headquarters will be in Tulsa. In fact I know people who will be meeting there each week for the next two to three months as they get everything up and going. unless it was changed as of today around 5:00 PT

I wouldn't be so sure about that - I heard from not only an official but from several in the state that it is NOT tulsa although that is where this conference will be held doesn't mean that it's where the HQs for the new org will be .

I think the difference here is that a District Conference is an "official business meeting" and not a camp or whatever....because it is a voting conference it would be unusual to see a non-UPC used as the main speaker...

I personally never saw a non-upc preacher used at a District Conference...although that same Dist may use a non-upc at campmeeting (except in OK...they only like UPC LOL)...

We shall see! I have spoken to some of the officials and as of Sunday it was announced to some ministers in a meeting that I happened to be in. They specifically do not want it in CA because they want a more central location.

Anyhow, things may be a little fluid for a while as all of the details are ironed out.
