Nonsense. Every Christian should be a minister, in the purest sense of the word, both to sinners and saints.
Matthew 20:26 "But it shall not be so among you: but whosoever will be great among you, let him be your minister;"
"minister" in the above verse means: an attendant; a waiter; a Christian teacher or pastor

From what I see, according to the Bible the word pastor and elder are the same thing, and when refering to the church, the word elder is always puurl , and that seems to indicate more than one leading the church, not just a pastor/elder but more than one
1 Timothy 5:17 Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honour, especially they who labour in the word and doctrine.
Titus 1:5 For this cause left I thee in Crete, that thou shouldest set in order the things that are wanting, and ordain elders in every city, as I had appointed thee:

good popint NO....I guess maybe thats why the pastoral ethics in the manual asks that they not be a dictator.

There is no need for a co-pastor unless it is a husband and wife "team" (which I think is ridiculous)...or some other such agreement. I think the sr. pastor in this case likes to be referred to as, "Bishop."

Right every one should minister but I'm speaking about ministerial POSITION in the church such as pastor, evangelist, prophet and so on....
Then bible speaks of the office of a bishop. big difference.

not many, that's why i say we are off from what the church followed in the bible.
