No, he probably sees this as a waste of Kingdom Time and probably feels he could better be in a coffee shop talking to someone totally lost rather than wishy-washy folks teetering on the edge of what they believe or not.

I see some thought provoking material in that letter.
My greatest concern with the letter is the notion to souls are not being reached by anyone other than the UPC.

I can see where someone like MM would find this a difficult rule to submit to. He is all about using everything he can to reach souls, and here's this one Great Big Tool with Lots Of Potential and he can't touch it.
I'm not saying that TV is The Evangelism Tool, but I do understand the frustration of some very passionate evangelists. It is most certainly a way to get into the entire world's living room, if you have the finances to make it happen.
