Jesus is God, but God doesn't have a birthday, but I'm not separating them into two beings.

Jesus is God, so I celebrate God's BD because celebrating Jesus' BD means I believe Jesus isn't God.

H1,
Some people go so far trying to prove the oneness of God that they end up denying the humanity of Jesus.

I've been accused of denying the oneness of God because in saying that I celebrate the birth of Christ but not the birth of God (because God cannot be born), then I'm separating God and Jesus, therefore denying Jesus is God.....
See, someone told me that celebrating God's birthday is contrary to oneness teaching. When I claiming that I didn't celebrate God's birthday, but Jesus' birthday, I was separating the two to make two gods, and denying oneness in the process.
So, I'm starting a poll for those who do celebrate as to what they believe......and to see exactly how many others 'deny oneness' as well.
I'm not here to debate Christmas, so if this thread goes that way, have at it without me.
This is a private poll.

God was born in the flesh and his name is Jesus.
For unto us a Child is Born.
The flesh was birthed through a virgin. God entered the dimision of the flesh.

What about when we celebrate Easter? It's the death and resurrection.

First off, I celebrate Christmas, complete with tree, tensil, lights and sing Silent Night, Holy Night.
Secondly, Jesus did not exist before he was born into the world. When he was born into the world was his BEGINNING.
Further, Before His glorification there were TWO...
1. God, the eternal spirit
2. Jesus Christ, the man born of a woman. He did not preexist in ANY form.
Before the cross, there were two. Hence, when we say, "God WAS in Christ...we are speaking of his condition between birth and the cross.
Both Oneness have this bad habit of using the word WAS to almost exclusion of IS in refering to the Godhead. God WAS this and that. Jesus WAS this and the other...on and on. BIG mistake.
Since His glorification, you can NO LONGER speak of Jesus apart from speaking of God, except in the office of his redemptive SONSHIP which speaks of the lamb for sinners slain.
Neither can you speak of GOD in the present tense without speaking of JESUS...since He (Jesus) is now made ONE with the Father in glorification..."I go to the Father"...being GIVEN ALL POWER both in Heaven and in Earth.
For 33.5 years you could separate the two since they were then TWO different entities. NO LONGER. There are NOW (present tense) no longer two entities but are NOW ONE.
Any and all attempts to speak of Jesus in the present tense of what and who he WAS before the cross, fails to recognize the complete work of the cross and the plan of redemption of man...His Godhead and eternal power.
Jesus Christ the MAN is wholly, entirely and completely GOD without division, parts, separated or in anyway divided. He IS WHOLLY GOD. Let me put it another way.
God Almighty, the Alpha and Omega, the Eternal One, the Everlasting Father, Creator, the Mighty God is none but the MAN whom we call the Lord Jesus Christ...without division, parts, separated or in anyway divided. He is WHOLLY GOD.
Yes, I also sing Jingle Bells and "Here Comes Santa Clause" too. HO HO HO...and Mama kisses Santa Clause more than just on Christmas.

Jesus is God. He is a man. Jesus the man will never have an ending. Only Sonship (the redemptive OFFICE) will have an ending when all things are reconcilled (that will be reconcilled) in God. He then will surrender that redemptive office, that God will be all in all.

Angels have always been present and accomodating in ALL of God's total plan, including creation.

Jesus is God, and is with God at the same time. In this manner He did pre-exist
