BTW...Bro. TFT is an amazing speaker and his sermons most always Biblically based and anointed. I believe his to be a moderate after my own heart!

Blessings, Rhoni

That is funny, but true. Billy Graham has the best quote on this subject that
I have ever heard. He says the first look is where we are simply noticing a
thing of beauty. The second look might be called a look of admiration, but
the third look that is where we are going to far, and it may get us in trouble.

Right and he cannot be accused of being overly critical or judgemental. He is very
merciful. When I was a younger minister in La he would get down on the steps
and speak to use as a group during Dist. conference. He always had alot of good
things to say concerning the future and how to keep your heart right when everything else goes wrong.

Rhoni,

I have great affection for TFT for his tenure, however I cannot see that that sermon was in anyway an accurate use of scripture. He used example after example of OT verses using apparel in a spiritual sense, the interesting thing about the examples was that they include jewels. Yet he just slip right on pass that without comment. How about some intellectual honesty, and no one seemed to notice.

I think it is sad that a man of his tenure presents such a spiritually shallow sermon, surely he has more depth.

When you try to justify the legalism you are left with picking and choosing and twisting scripture.
