Place some indirect lighting in front of you and see if this warms it up. the light spectrum in flourescent KILLS video, and washes every warm color away. it shows...homemade production

I might have some old lamps that use regular bulbs, and could use those. They are like desk lamps. Unfortunately, until I get strong enough to stand for prolonged times, I must do these sitting.

Only stand if you have good strong confidence...if not, people look nervous and then audiences get nervous and change the channel...er, website.
A stool would convey a more "easy to listen to" persona
