That's true. I also use to wear a duster when I traveled cross country on the motorcycle.

If the question is solely concerning a woman's modesty, then I would say that some women's pants are more modest than others' skirts.
I've even had some of stricter and more conservative Apostolic Christians agree with me. Not that it matters particularly, but they have.
