Usually your ISP will assign you a different IP for each session (each time you connect to the internet, ie turn your modem on, or whatever). Websites will recognize you if you have a cookie on your PC.

Nobody really bothers about IP addresses anymore because most ISPs assign random IPs. Sometimes you will be listed as being located at your ISPs corporate headquarters (because that's where the IPs are "sitting") depending on the ISP.

Well, long long ago we had something like a Vbulletin forum, and it was able to show who was who if they had multiple nicks. It was their IP address I believe.
But I just know how to type. Don't understand how a bot can post, or join a forum, and hold a discussion.

PCI and PAJC were not of the same ilk. They really did not believe the same thing. Ultimately, the PAJC took the money of the larger PCI churches, built up their "united front", kicked the PCI remnants out of the very fellowship that their ilk started and all of that happened and the resulting pain and backslidings as a result of a sinful decision.

God can take a sinful situation and turn it into something that glorifies Him, but it won't change the fact that the initial "domino" was a sin.

The old ip hunt works only with the honest people. The shapeshifters use phones, Ipads, and other computers. It is back to hoping that people are honest after they are bad.
