Maybe you should read your own links before making statements about them.

Please. I actually did read them (it's why I posted them). You do realize the four "rendered dormant" declarations were followed by numerous other declarations which are still in effect? I mentioned that in my initial post. I'm not too convinced you are paying attention to what I posted much less the actual links.
But that's okay. I first heard about these national emergencies (so-called) back in the early 90s. I've made countless trips to university libraries, local law libraries, etc. I've read the official published documents re taxation, citizenship, admiralty law, court precedents, etc. I pretty much believe nothing until I check it out and verify it myself. I've spent untold hours pouring over the CFR and the US Code, US Reports, CFPs, even Vernon's Annotated Statutes (Texas state law). I can tell you that researching original documentation leads to discoveries even more startling than some "conspiracy theory" you might have heard about.
You can certainly believe what you want. The fact the opening line of the first link said exactly what I claimed, which you initially challenged, shows me you are not familiar with the facts.
Listen to everyone, BELIEVE NOTHING until you verify it by your own research. (originally stated by a "conspiracy theorist" who predicted 9/11 and who was gunned down on his porch shortly after the predicted event came to pass...)
