If the church in the next block is growing, how can the fault be in the area or city?

Had a gIb brother from canada preached at our church one time who said he hates it when preachers blame the saints for not helping with anointing,he said if I can't say it in thirty minutes we will go eat or something, if I can't do it In that time then either I'm not prepared or your stupid and since your not the latter, it's on me to bring the anointing ! :-)

Most Apostolic churches that I know are controlled with autocratic leadership. With this type of leadership, the health and success of the organization depends on the personality of the pastor. The congregation in general takes on the personality of the pastor. If the pastor is upbeat, the congregation is upbeat. If the pastor is quiet, the congregation becomes quiet.

I'm not sure the American way of church government is best.
