Question.... Can Mr. Paul stop during the filibuster and go and use the bathroom without giving up the floor? Can he stop and eat? Just curious if anyone knows.

Senators Lee and Cruz gave him a little break and Rep. Gohmert brought him some cough drops and chocolates. He was eating the chocolates while talking. It was hilarious. Sen. Barrasso is speaking now.
