What constitutes whether I am an 'Apostolic' or not?? What are the pre-requisites?

I think it would mean that you adhere to the teachings of the Apostles throughout the New Testament, the gospels, acts, epistles, ect.
For me it means that I have repented of my sins, been baptized in Jesus' name, and am filled with the Holy Ghost.

Sir I could care less about your being a bishop, the Catholic has bishops too. I am a lic. UPC minister with 30 yrs behind me.
My doctrine is correct just as what the UPC stands for is correct.
