the UPCI should be able to survive any effect of the tv resolution.

If the libs leave, the org will become conservative and a lot of the AMF ministers will become licensed in the upc. I do believe there are alot of con. indep. churches that would join/rejoin the upc if the org was more con.
If the cons leave, the org will become "loose" and merge with PAW.

I would say it would take a whole lot more than a few libs leaving for AMF ministers to return to the mothership.

I can't picture a merger like that.
Too many folks have offices like Bishop, Supt., Dist. Elder, etc.
that they would not want to share or give up.
