Well I am not so sure all OPs say this means Father is His name, but rather to them it shows Jesus is both Father and Son (modes or manifestations).
However grammatically if I were to say "let's call his name Jesus" would you not agree that Jesus is a name being given to someone?
And if I said "They shall call his name Everlasting Father" does that not fit the same grammatical construct?
BTW the Jews see all that follows as one big name, not separated by commas
