Perception is reality, and those children are taught this perception of modesty their entire life. This creates a worldview that all women that don't dress like them are infadels and are hellbound. I call it brainwashing!
This creates an us vs. them complex.

Since we, as pentecostals, do the exact same thing except with our own definition of holiness/modesty rather than theirs...
Can the same be said of us?

I have been controversial enough in my previous post on this thread as far as my own boundries concerning interaction on this forum is concerned but I would have to say that yes, the same could be said about the holiness movement...but that is just my opinion and you can take it or leave it for sure without offense from me.

I suppose one could make such a connection... but then to a lesser degree that would be an indictment on all of Christianity.

The irony of it all is that their own doctrine produces this mentality. No where in the world is hair and scalp, or a forearm, considered sensual...unless you have been programmed since childhood to believe forearms and hair and scalp is sensual...
When it's beat into you every day...that is sensual...then every time you see it guess what...you lust...

The indictment is against extremes and not against balanced and sound doctrine.

I'm not able to watch the video yet, but is this true? Is this a video by Muslims? The same people responsible for 9/11, beheadings and other cowardly acts of terrorism?
Sure they love modesty . . . but as DA pointed out, they love beating their women too.
If you like this video, maybe you'd like to see the video by the same thugs and cowards who stoned a 17-year old girl to death for dating a boy who was also a Muslim, but a different kind of Muslim.
