I'm not dumbfounded by VH's singing appointments.

She's not UPC...soooOOOOoooo....why would she need to worry about what's in the manual?
Oh...is there a new rule that states that only people who abide by UPCI rules can sing or preach in UPCI churches? Cuz...if there is...that would mean that...ummmmm....
