I totally agree with the bolded part of your statement.

Poor Lucy. Need some kleenex?
That must be a wonderful gift to know if apologies are sincere??

Have you operated this gift very long??????????

This is one of those times when I'll have to follow the advice in my signature line. Even if I don't really see a sincere apology.

Change your name and signature or post differently.

It's confusing.

Yep.

And... for the record... I never saw the post... if I had I wouldn't have been offended.... I probably would have rolled my eyes or something but I have more things to do with my day than to be offended by remarks like that.

But I was interested to know if my take on the apology was a correct one.

We all have strongly held views so I think that makes each "side" tend to take offense sometimes with things that people don't write with that intention.

I know I have both written some things perceived the wrong way and have no doubt been guilty of perceiving things in a way an author did not intend and thus took undue offense.
CC1 said it exactly right..OP thank-you for making this clear but there is no need to worry any further about it.

Blessings, Rhoni

"Correct" in this case is a misconception.

Another gifted individual with perception and depth and overflowing with understanding and compassion. Part of the crowd that would have said " Moses said stone them what do ye say?" You know this has been a consistant observation to me those who have so much to say about love and understanding have very little of it. Go and learn what means.

Well I'd hate for you to be confused. Just for you, I removed the signature line. But that doesn't change what I think of the apology.

Another astute observation from Indiana this morning.

Hey!

Didn't you see the

PLEASE put it back.

I would NEVER attempt to censor your right to express yourself in your signature line, because I know how that is.

Some have PMed me about mine.
