Come on, I know you guys hate him, but at least think logically.

Of course they have folks on the ground sniffing for bombs and security checks for weeks now.
Give us the dates of departure and the dates of return.

Your turn. Prove that this is going to cost $200 million a day.

News flash
The whitehous/royal family do not give out secret numbers. No disclosure (lack transparency)
We have been given false economic forecasts
We have been given false numbers on budgets.
"No legitimate news orginazation" stands for state controlled media. That has been the problem for yeaarts now. They lie to us and are told what to say.

You can say that now, but you did not qualify that when you linked to an article stating that this would cost $200 million per day. Since you offered up the article, along with some hilarious pictures from said article, it is reasonable to assume you believe this article now, or did when you posted it.
Which leads me to question how deep and illogical your hatred is for this man that would lead you to believe he would spend $2 billion to go to India.

"Regardless" the proper word is "regardless". "Irregardless" is a double negative. Its not a word. But I agree with the spirit of your post.

I assure you that I do not hate him. I've stayed off these polical threads since the election because I'm pretty fed up with the US government as a whole.

I'll ask you as I asked rgcraig, you honestly think the trip is going to cost over $1 billion? Seriously? You can say that with a straight face? lol

I can agree with you to an extent, but you have to agree that this is a fairly outlandish idea.

I agree it's outlandish - - why would they need 3000 people. However, it wouldn't surprise me one bit that it'll cost $200M a day. And, it doesn't surprise me at all that the numbers are being announced from the White House - - they'd be stupid to do that in light of our economy. It would be a death sentence for Obama, so I'm most certain it won't ever be in a PR from the White House.
It wouldn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out if you knew all the facts. The costs of flying Air Force One and it's entourage is available.
I think the Prez is probably questioning the timing of this trip now.

Considering that this trip has been postponed twice already, I guess he thought he had to do it eventually.
I still find it insanely crazy that you think this trip will cost $2 billion. I have heard some crazy things on here, but this ranks up there with it.
