Exactly what constitutional rights did you really lose under W? Don't lib talking points ... what rights, specifically, did W take away from you?
Under W and Cheney's warrantless wiretapping of incoming calls to the U.S., I lost my 4th amendment rights. When my friend from Ecuador calls me, under W's program my phone can be tapped.
According to the 4th Amendment, I have a right to be secure in my phone calls unless a judge decides there is probable cause to issue a warrant.
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
I'm glad some of you have decided to stand up and fight for the Constitution! It's about time.
