We had 20 first time visitors at our egg hunt this afternoon!!! We had more visiors than we had our own people. I am soooooooo excited!!!!
We also have a couple that we have been working with for about a year that is planning on being there in the morning. Their little boy comes with us from time to time. He loves it, and his dad came out and asked what time church started in the morning as I dropped his son and mine off at their house this evening. I told him 10:00 and he said they would see us in the morning and they would bring John Robert. YEEEESSSSSSSSS!!!
Also, there is a man that my husband has been "working" with. He works on our horses. John has talked to him quite a bit lately, but not nothing really about church or God, just befriending him. He's gone through a divorce this last year and it's been kinda tough for him. We had him over for supper Friday night and tonight he called and wanted John to bring over our oldest boy so he could ride a colt that had never been ridden and as they were leaving John said, "Hey, Olin, if you don't have anything better to do tomorrow, why don't you come on out to church with us. We're having dinner after church and everything, we'd really like to have you." Olin said, "Well, I was just getting ready to ask for directions, already planned on being there, just didn't know how to get there."
I am so excited, I can hardly stand myself. That's why I am up this late seeing that I have to be up by 7:00 to finish (actually, start) my dressing and two cakes. I already have 5 hams on to cook in the roasters, so at least that's started.
So pray that we have a MIGHTY MOVE OF GOD in the morning.
Will keep ya posted!!!!

"We did not wear uniforms. The lady workers dressed in the current fashions of the day, ...silks...satins...jewels or whatever they happened to possess. They were very smartly turned out, so that they made an impressive appearance on the streets where a large part of our work was conducted in the early years.
"It was not until long after, when former Holiness preachers had become part of us, that strict plainness of dress began to be taught.
"Although Entire Sanctification was preached at the beginning of the Movement, it was from a Wesleyan viewpoint, and had in it very little of the later Holiness Movement characteristics. Nothing was ever said about apparel, for everyone was so taken up with the Lord that mode of dress seemingly never occurred to any of us."
