As some of you know we are traveling with new missionaries to Brazil trying to help them get set up. We just arrived in Belem and found out that EVERY hotel was full...there is an indian festival going on so people from all over the world are here....the lady at the first hotel called every hotel trying to find us a room...no luck...passing by Brother Alvear felt to stop at a little hotel that had lines of people at the door...someway...he went and talked to the manager and they had just had 2 rooms that were reserved until six and the people had not showed up...they let us rent the rooms...
I saw one lady and her group calling them all kinds of names because they would not rent rooms to her...we just walked in and and GOD had 2 rooms for us!
We are soooooooooooo tired....God is good....and we have hot water in the shower...We are excited at what God has in store for this precious couple that will give their heart and life to a country that needs missionaries...
Thank you folks that pray and give so that we may bring light to darkened hearts.

People who are always looking for fault,can find it easily all they have to do,is look into their mirror.
There they can find plenty of fault.
Some places I cannot get internet...many small villages have what they call cyber cafes and you can rent time on their computer, I also have a connection that if there is local phone service I can usually get on...of course far back in some places I cannot.
Tonight I am in a city of 2 million people...the capital city Belem of the state of Para. So the rest of the week I will have internet. We are helping some new missionaries to get set up and visiting on Friday night a little church we started up here years ago. We are hoping they will work with these new missionaries to help them and they can help them far more than we can.
My husband bought me this hook up...I think you call it a modem or something like that in English...lol...I am lost when it comes to English...have been in Brazil toooooooo loooong...ha....
I love to keep in contact so people can get a real idea what missionaries really do...
