I hope that Obama was not born in the USA, and that they just absolve him of it anyway! Then that means that possibly our next Pres could be THE TERMINATOR! Oh wait, that lying stuff, crooked politics and etc. only works for the Democrats! I forgot!

You mean our constitution hasn't already been thrown out the window? The patriot act, the banker takeover bill and the fact that if a wal mart would look good on your property they can take it from you says our constitution has been trampled on already. Our world will never be perfect till that which is perfect has come, but I think Ron Paul would have saved our country, now, they need a toilet flushing smiley!

While I think it strange that he does not choose transparency on the matter, I doubt there is anything to this. IF it were true any and all of us would be traitors to call for anything other than his removal.

How much more transparency can he show? The Republican governor of Hawaii says his birth certificate is valid. Seriously, is he supposed to go to the vault and get the original so that some people can have their jollies satisfied? If he was able to get an American passport on it, and if the Republican governor of Hawaii says it's legit, I think it's legit. (Linda Lingle would be a GOP hero 4evah if she said Obama's birth certificate wasn't valid.)

I have two copies of my birth certificate and they are as different as night and day. One is from the early 1970s (although I was born before that) and is a photostatic copy (anyone remember photostats?) with a piece of paper with signature and raised seal acknowledging its validity and authenticity STAPLED to it. (I still can't get over the stapled part.) This birth certificate was perfectly legal and accepted in 1990 when I got a passport. In 2001 I thought I'd lost this birth certificate, so I went through the hassle of getting a new one, which looks an awful lot like Obama's birth certificate--computer generated, raised seal, so on--just a different state (California). It's as legal as the first one. I have both certificates, I found the old one as well as my social security card with the misspelled first name on it when I moved. (But my dad's Mont Blanc fountain pen, it is lost forever, I'm afraid.)

However, the birth "certificate" that I got my first driver's license on, in Texas, was not a legal record of my birth. It was just a record put out by the Richmond Hospital Association, but the Texas DMV was clueless and accepted it as legitimate. That was in 1976, I don't know if that would happen now.

Next thing you know, a bunch of kooks are going to try to tell us that George Bush and the CIA were behind the 9/11 attacks, and it was the US government that actually blew up the World Trade Center!
