2. Is it against the rules to use a proxy server????

How is hiding your identity with a proxy server any different than hiding it with an anonymous username?

Yes it is against the rules. Why? Because we can compare the IP addresses of folks that were banned who try to sneak back in and because we can they often resort to proxy servers AND spammers also use proxy servers

I didn't see the post in question but I would think using a proxy server would be right up WWOD's technical alley if he ever gave in and decided to post.

Perhaps with a special email addres in Switzerland right next to his Swiss bank account!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
