As far as posting, Ford has always reminded me of what John F. Kennedy said about Richard Nixon: "I feel sorry for him. He has to wake up every morning and decide what 'Nixon' he wants to be today."

Ford fancies himself an intellectual who can defend the indefensible traditions of "ole time pentecost" by dressing it up with a few more-than-one-syllable words.

But then, his usual mode of operation with someone who he doesn't care for is illustrated on this thread: just hurl one infantile insult after another.

George, you hit it on the head. Ford and Benincasa have a lot in common.

Both fancy themselves having rapier-like wit - which fools a lot of simpletons when in reality their posting styles when they think they are combating some heathen are really nothing but lame, warmed over palaver.

If you could buy them both for what they're worth and sell them for what they think they're worth, you'd make Bill Gates look like the Little Match Girl.
