PO, I will pray for your sister and her husband. What horrible news to get. And at this time of year no less. Not that it would be ok at any time of year, but to get news like this at the Christmas season makes it even harder to swallow.

My sister, Joye, found out today, after tests, that her husband has colon cancer. She is devastated. Please pray for Earl.

Talked to Joye this evening. She said the doctor said it does look like cancer, but it appears that they are catching it in time. They do know he has a "growth" - that is what they are calling it. He fainted because he's very anemic. They said it was a miracle that he didn't have a heart attack. The surgeon said he will not call it cancer until he operates on Monday.
I told her that I posted a prayer request here and she was thrilled.
