I read this and have laughed at how you managed to get all that out of what I told you. I am not the fun you are... you might give some people heart failure and they would have my family in a tizzy... LOL

Left UPC church? No, still attend two UPC churches as well as visiting this church.

(can you imagine what my Sunday's have been like lately???)

I have started the service out singing....but wouldn't say that I am leading worship!!! I don't have the guts for that.... singing is enough.

I am putting into action something that Jim Yohe wrote an article about before he passed. Something about attending other churches and being among the people... letting what I have make an impact on them.

Someday, I will travel someday visiting church... I don't plan to stay in a UPCI church forever... leave my experience? Never... but will always share what I have with others...

I hope that Dad would be rejoicing with me..

I believe forever-blessed situation falls under the scripture of Deuteronomy 7:3-4:

You shall not intermarry with [the nations]; you shall not give your daughters to their sons, nor shall you take their daughters for your sons. For they will turn your sons away from following Me to serve other gods; then the anger of the Lord will be kindled against you.



Though marriage isn't the issue, the Old Testament's concern was warning about intermingling with those among the pagan nations, reason of protecting religious purity.

yeah, attending Faith more than River of LIfe... but my kids need the youth group...so you know.... it is back to both churches since talking with you last.

Of course I also visit a Black Apostolic church in INDY... awesome services. Love it. I've taken a friend from the Nazarene church there.
