Remember everyone HT is a woman who said at one time she didn't write the English langusge to well because they didn't speak it at home. For some reason she is full of hatred for us, our country and our president. I feel sorry for her, if she is a her which I doubt.

HT I am a Bush man, always have been and always will be. I'm an American who loves his country but am unhappy with the way it is going especially since Tuesday. God didn't do it the way I wanted but I'll still trust him. We'll be OK because Sarah will run in 2012 with Jeb Bush as her VP.

Truman (DEMOCRAT) finished that war and started one in Korea. North Korea never attacked us. From 1950-1953, 55,000 lives were lost ... an average of 18,334 per year.

John F. Kennedy (DEMOCRAT) started the Vietnam conflict in 1962. Vietnam never attacked us.

Johnson (DEMOCRAT) turned Vietnam into a quagmire. From 1965-1975, 58,000 lives were lost ... an average of 5,800 per year.

Clinton (DEMOCRAT) went to war in Bosnia without UN or French consent. Bosnia never attacked us. He was offered Osama bin Laden's head on a platter three times by Sudan and did nothing. Osama has attacked us on multiple occasions.

In the years since terrorists attacked us, President Bush has liberated two countries, crushed the Taliban, crippled al-Qaida, put nuclear inspectors in Libya, Iran, and, North Korea without firing a shot, and captured a terrorist who slaughtered 300,000 of his own people. And the Democrats are complaining about how long the war is taking.

It took less time to take Iraq than it took Janet Reno (DEMOCRAT) to take the Branch Davidian compound. That was a 51-day operation.

We've been looking for evidence for chemical weapons in Iraq for less time than it took Hillary Clinton (DEMOCRAT) to find the Rose law firm billing records.

It took less time for the 3rd Infantry Division and the Marines to destroy the Medina Republican Guard than it took Ted Kennedy to call the police after his Oldsmobile sank at Chappaquiddick.

It took less time to take Iraq than it took to count the votes in Florida !!!

I'm sure you have all the answers, I hope you are actively implementing the answers not just sitting on the bench criticizing the players on the field.

A drunkard on a bulldozer can easily demolish a building, but it takes real artisan to build a building.

TRFRANCE - posts #15 and #26 are classic examples to the title of your thread. I find it personally offensive for these guys to say President Bush should be charged with war crimes and executed. Their comments should be flagged. The President of the United States of America deserves respect whether you agree with him or not. To wish the president dead is pathethically immature. Their comments speak of their limited knowledge of presidents who have made greater mistakes that cost hundreds of thousands of lives and were never reprimanded nor criticized.

So true, George. I was wondering if there was anyone else who was outraged by that, but I decided to just keep my mouth shut on that one in the meantime.

But really, that's one of the most shameful comments I've ever seen posted on this board... and trust me, I've seen a lot of shameful stuff around here. But this is one of the worst.

But if I say what I really really feel, there could be some hurt feelings around here. So I'll just leave it at that for now. It is what it is.

God has kept us safe.

There is absolutely NO WAY to completely secure our society as long as it remains open and free.

I wouldn't have it any other way.

The problem with GWB is that he will not come clean with America about his mistakes and failures. I think we would be more understanding as a country towards him if he would just be honest and admit we have made some poor decisions, some mistakes and have not responded appropriately. I admite it, but this is how we're going to move forward from here.

He had the opportunity to "come clean" after his reelection, should have performed a major overhaul of his staff then.

If he had did this back in 05, there is a very good chance Sen. McCain would have been President elect McCain.

He didn't and the country's anger at the "Republican" brand manifested itself with the election of President Obama.

We Republicans have NO ONE to blame but ourselves for our situation, and to a large degree the direction our government is heading now-- for better or for worse.
