XUPCer Starting GAY Church in Bakersfield

Jewish scholar Dennis Prager was heard on Focus on the Family. He mentioned homosexuality was the norm in Bible cultures. It wasn't until the Book of the law where homosexuality was forbidden. According to Prager's research, sex with women was for procreation purposes and sex for pleasure was with same gender. It wasn't until the law was given by God the women were given respect as someone more than a baby factory.

I get a bit irritated the the psuedo Bible scholars who claim God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah because of homosexuality. God destroyed the twin cities because they did not have compassion for the widows and the children.

I now wonder if some of this springs from what some have said is effeminizing our boys in church. Can't have facial hair, can't play sports, can't questions things, ???????

Some cultures a man that shaved his beard was considered feminine.

I've read some books on how church cultural is not looked at as masculine and how it can suppress boys natural boyness so to speak.

We have heard for years women should lookl like women and men like men, then we say men must cleaned shaved leaving their face women like.

It's easy to ignore and distort scripture if one has ALREADY REJECTED GOD. These situations are sad indeed, but I fear that prayer for these people is wasted. God turns them over to this, and other, stuff as a punishment.

Yes, The Vision Church Of Atlanta http://www.thevisionchurch.org/ Myspace http://www.myspace.com/thevisionchurch When you look them up in the yellow pages in ATL they are listed under Apostolic. Matter of fact, the Pastor comes out of Noel Jones church AND apparently word is this church is the fastest growing ministry in the last 2 years of new churches that opened up in ATL. They went from 30 members to like 1,200 in 2 years.......... *sigh*

Apparently this "open" and "inclusive" doctrine is spreading like wild fire in major cities . . . WITH supposid Acts 2:38 doctrinal beliefs........

....nothing suprises me anymore.

Seems like this type of thing is growing

I remember some Alspaws from Bakersfield but they went to Elder Hoss' church. We used to live right down the street from Dustin Alspaw, there must be some relation.
