I thought I had read somewhere that she was raised Catholic, then baptized AOG after she reached adulthood, then changed over to the Wasilla Bible Church. Was that information incorrect?
More specific - - she went to AOG as a teenager.

Bottom line is that she was raised Roman Catholic then as a teenage began attending an Assembly of God church where she was baptized and whose pastor (now retired) she has credited with her coming to the Lord.
She attended the Pentecostal AOG church until age 38 when she began attending the Wasilla Bible Church that she currently attends.

Below are the first two "basic" qualifications to become a minister in the A of G
Credential Qualifications
The following qualifications pertain to all applicants for ministerial recognition.
Basic Qualifications:
Salvation. Testimony of having experienced the new birth (John 3:5).
Baptism in The Holy Spirit. Testimony of having received the baptism in the Holy Spirit with the initial physical evidence of speaking in other tongues according to Acts 2:4. The Spirit-filled life will enable a minister to fulfill the threefold mission of the church (Article V, paragraph 10, of the Constitution).

Actually I think she was raised Roman Catholic. She started attending the AOG church when she was a teenager and left it 6 years ago when she began attending the Wasilla Bible Church.

Not sure how Wasilla Bible Church fits in, but one article names Church on the Rock as her home church in Wasilla, and says she attends Juneau Christian Center when she's in Juneau. The latter is AG, but you'd hardly guess that from their website. The former is independent, and there are only hints that it may be Pentecostal in doctrine and/or practice, such as this in their Doctrinal Statement:
Holy Spirit: the baptism in the Holy Spirit, according to Acts 2:4 is given to believers who ask for it.
It seems a lot of churches and denominations are backing away from the Pentecostal distinctives, and politicians are famous for using their own special definitions of words. Palin may (for all I know) speak in tongues and may (for all I know) get instructions on running Alaska directly from God, but she may think it wise to define "Pentecostal" in a politically expedient way.

When I describe to people how I was raised, I usually just mention how the women wear long skirts, uncut hair, no jewelry and no makeup and the majority of them have known one of them before. Words mean too many different things.

Timmy,
She is a member of Wasilla Bible Church. Has been for six years after leaving the AOG church in Wasilla that she had attended since a teenager.
As Governor she spends time in the capitol of Alaska, Juneau, so of course she has a church or churches she visits while there. However she considers Wasilla her hom town and Wasilla Bible Church her home church.

OK. Similar hints on their web site, so it may be a stealth Pentecostal church.
