he has proposed at least 3 TRILLION dollars in new spending and intends to pay for it by raising taxes on the top 5% and on businesses?

Joebama has a ring, but Obama wouldn't like being second.
I kind of liked Biden when I saw him in a debate, but I know zilch about his record.
