Um, *pssst*, not everywhere in CA has beautiful weather! It was 106 in the shade here, just last week! This week has been better, only the high 90's.

But, yeah, in Bakersfield, the majority of the summer has to be spent indoors or in the pool. My sisters dog died of heat stroke last week.
