Re: Are you more hard on others or yourself?

I want others that work for me and with me to do and get things right but if they don´t we just try again...
I am harder on myself than others...I really push...

Re: Are you more hard on others or yourself?

In case anyone is wondering, I'm the one who voted that I'm harder on others than myself!

I pretty much enjoy the easy road, but others will receive my wrath if they get lazy! I hate lazy people!

You see, I am special to God! Everyone needs to realize this and shut up!

Re: Are you more hard on others or yourself?

I am much harder on myself than others. Why oh why can't I accept that mistakes and failure are normal? NO ONE is perfect. To expect perfection is to set yourself up for an unrealistic goal ..i.e. failure.

Stop being so hard on yourself, Rhoni.
I am really working on this issue right now myself.

Yes, I suppose it is a great thread, but I can't vote. Reading through the thread I came on some words that I just don't know: Intransigence and Choleric. iICOULD BE Cholerically Intransigent and not even know it. I may need therapy and not know that either.

But, one thing I do NOT need is THERAPHY.

I read a sign once (or did I read it twice?) that said....

"Even perfect people buy pencils with erasers".

Re: Are you more hard on others or yourself?

If I am honest....I demand more from others than myself. I'm a very inconsistent person....and it torments me.

Well yes, with the Penguins you shouldn't expect anything less than perfection... unlike those Red Wings...
