I have a history on my mom's side of heart failure, HBP, & strokes, and that raises the stakes for me.

Yesterday he had a leading Cardiologist on his program yesterday talked about Tim and how that he passed the normal screening for heart issues. The big discussion is how did he pass the normal tests and still have a heart attack.

The Doctor's response was very eye opening; he said the leading indicator for heart issues with males is the circumference of their waist lines. Anything size 40 or above and you will have problems and most likely have a heart attack.


In the past I was over that size in my waist, but since Feb. we joined a gym and I have lost about 25lbs. and have gone from a 40 to about 37 inch waist. I still have 20lbs to go, but I am taking this very seriously.

Noticeably smaller than when you last saw me, I think I have lost about 25lbs but I've added muscle do to the weight lifting. All of my clothes fit smaller.

I need to lose about 20lbs more to be my ideal weight.
