I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to have a seasoned brisket in the refrigerator and the Cheesecake not absorb the flavor. 
I read in the Austin American Statesman, a few weeks ago, that new studies show that the fat in Brisket is on the same lines as Olive Oil and is actually beneficial.
All the Texas boys say - Yee-haw!!!!

I'm not happy at all!!! I don't have my cheesecake! I may be 6' 6" and weigh 290lbs, but I still get choked up about my cheesecake!

The are not either. We buy the whole loin and then cut it into chops. The wifey poo then bakes them in the oven. Mmmmmmmmmmmm. Very good that way!
